On Depression =(

Everyone's situation is different but here's some advice that's pretty across the board to help you get reclaim your passion!

Increased physical and social activity
Participate in activities that make you feel better. For example, cinema, theater, take a walk through a park, take the bike for a walk, make a surprise visit to a friend or relative, or anything else that entertain or amuse. Do not overwhelm the improvement in their mood will be gradual. Watching TV and doing housework are not included in these activities.
Exercise
When you're depressed it is normal to be more passive, falling into a vicious cycle of low self-esteem and inactivity, poor self image, feelings of indifference and rejection. Breaking that cycle costs an effort. Note priorities and then to where possible. The important thing is to start, and harness the support of others, taking a walk in the company is a good start. Start now and not put it off anymore. Increased physical activity of any kind is going to bring psychological benefits.
New interests and activities
Find a hobby that makes you feel done, something you are passionate about. Some hobbies are: collections, DIY, crafts, decoration, and of course sports, dance ...
Avoid talking only of depression
A vent and another thing is to become a recurring theme, it is better distraction from the sadness. Talk to more positive topics: funny anecdotes, weather, sports or news.
